How it Works

This isn't a difficult process. The hardest part will be choosing your favorite portraits once you receive your proofs!

1. Schedule a sitting - Contact us online or call us 360.568.7484
2. The sitting fee is due at time of sitting
   • Standard sitting fee is $75.00. Expect a total of 1.5 hours. This includes one location, 2 outfits, two backgrounds, and 1 prop.
   • Expanded sitting services require an additional service fee (3+ outfits, more than one location, more than 1 prop, extensive lighting changes)
3. Your proofs will be ready within 2 weeks. Your proof is a good REPRESENTATION of your final portrait BUT is not by any means a comparison to the final output. Your final portrait will be stunning! (If you wish to take your proofs home the fee is $100.00 This fee will go towards the purchase of your order with the returned proofs.)
4. Place your order in person in our office using your proofs as a guide for cropping, quantities, color selection, special edit requests, etc. Expect 30 minutes to an hour depending on the size of your order. (Our order form is available online)
5. A minimum of 50% of the purchase total is due at the time of the order.
6. The remainder of the order total is due upon delivery.
