Dear coaches and team parents, In an effort to help you and your team have a seamless experience on Photo Day we've provided this section just for you!
Print out order forms for your players or yourself.
Helpful Photo Day Tips:
- Coaches and players please arrive 10 Minutes Early.
- Coach, please check in at the front table when you arrive. We will have your team envelope to review for accuracy and fill in any blanks that we may have about your team.
- Coaches and players please stay together
- Each of your players must have an order form to have their portrait taken.
- All payment must be received before a portrait is taken. (for those parents who can not attend with their players they may use our online ordering service for their convenience.)
- A complete uniform, including shoes and tucked in shirts, is recommended for players.
- Clean faces and brushed shirts make for a better picture!
- We'll do the rest!
Photo Day Schedule
Review the photo day schedule to confirm your scheduled time. Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in.
Accurate Team/Group information
Ensure your team information is accurate in our database. Please verify the spelling of your name, your team name, the division/level of your team or group, and your sponsor name if applicable. Make any necessary changes BEFORE photo day.
Start with identifying your team by using our selection criteria (NOTE: You must create an account or login to your existing account to view this).
Coach appreciation gifts:
Our standard coach appreciation gift* is a complimentary 5x7 portrait of your group. We offer an option to the standard. You may opt for a portrait called a "Buddy Shot". That's a complimentary portrait of you with your favorite player. Fill out a separate order form for this portrait, bring it to photo day and stand in line with your player. We'll do the rest!
*Your organization may have a negotiated a different appreciation gift. RWP honors the agreement with the organization and does not deviate from that.
